Return and Refund Policy for Daddy Official

At Daddy Official, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where issues arise. Please carefully read our updated policies below to understand your rights and obligations.

Returns:

No Returns on Opened or Used Items: Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Damages from Neglect or Improper Usage: We do not accept returns for damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or failure to follow product care instructions.

Refunds:

At DADDY , your satisfaction is our top priority. While we enforce a strict no return and no exchange policy except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, we strive to address all concerns promptly and fairly.

Eligibility: Before initiating a return/exchange request, please ensure that you meet one of the following conditions:

The product received is either partially or completely damaged.
The product is defective and deemed irreparable by our support team.
The product received is different from the product ordered.

Damage After Delivery: We are not responsible for any damages that occur after the product has been successfully delivered to you.
Unboxing Video Required: For refund claims, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the product.
Claim Window: Customers must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim. Supporting images or videos of the damage must be provided.
Delivery Charges: Refunds will exclude delivery charges.
Processing Times:
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed within 4-7 business days after approval.
- Refunds for prepaid orders may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange. All claims will be subject to verification by our team. Please contact customer care within 24 hours of delivery and provide evidence of the damage for processing.

Important Notes:

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@daddyofficial.in or WhatsApp us at 9112129768 during business hours within 2 days of receiving your order, providing adequate proofs (videos/images). Please note that no return requests will be entertained after this period.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item qualifies for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges: If your product is eligible for an exchange, it will be shipped only after we receive the original item and it passes inspection.

Return Shipping: Items should be packed in the original brand box and taped securely to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse. If the original box is not available, you must arrange for a sturdy and safe corrugated box to pack the items for return. Any in-transit damage due to poor packaging will be the sender's responsibility. Our customer care agent will communicate the pick-up date, and you will be expected to be available at the given address for proper handover.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once the order is shipped, it CANNOT be cancelled. You may be charged a processing fee of up to 25% of the invoice value if the order is not accepted at the time of delivery.

Processing Time

Cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds (if any) will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
